Altai herbal blend “Taiga”
A wonderful tonic drink made from mountain herbs.
Ivan tea with fir needles, pine buds, and Kuril tea.
Effects and uses:
This beverage has all the qualities of traditional tea — a rich color, aroma, and astringency — while also containing important components that help normalize metabolism and intestinal microflora. It is used for the prevention of influenza and has a calming, pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory, and diaphoretic effect. It improves cerebral blood circulation. It also invigorates, gives strength and a good mood, filling you with the spirit of the Altai taiga. This blend is also well suited for making cold tea.
Preparation method:
Pour 1–2 tablespoons of the blend with 1 cup of boiling water, let it steep for 20 minutes, then strain. It pairs very well with honey.
