Today, Cha Gao is obtained by cryoextraction - the leaf is gradually dried at a very low temperature.

How to brew Cha Gao? We recommend using one plate per 500 ml of boiling water. Wait until the plate is completely dissolved, and drink. The resin will taste like soft shu, but the effect will be like one of the strongest. Cha Gao can also be drunk by steeping in a gaiwan, for this it is better to use a temperature of 95 degrees.
