Cha Gao "AAA"
Cha Gao, Puer Resin, Tea Paste - different names for the same unique instant tea. Cha Gao is a kind of tea leaf extract. Since the distant 7th century BC, it was obtained by boiling tea leaves into a thick, resinous substance. The problem with this method was that many useful compounds were simply destroyed at high temperatures. Over time, the production technology was gradually improved in order to preserve the medicinal properties of the tea paste. Today, Cha Gao is obtained by cryoextraction - the leaf is gradually dried at a very low temperature.
How to brew Cha Gao? We recommend using one plate per 500 ml of boiling water. Wait until the plate is completely dissolved, and drink. The resin will taste like soft shu, but the effect will be like one of the strongest. Cha Gao can also be drunk by steeping in a gaiwan, for this it is better to use a temperature of 95 degrees.
The number one beneficial property attributed to Cha Gao is the reduction of hangover syndrome and the reduction of the negative impact of alcohol on the body. Due to the high preservation of useful substances in the production of modern Cha Gao, the paste as a whole has a beneficial effect on the body: from active components that strengthen the immune system to epigallocatechin gallate, which has an anti-cancer effect.
Clean, soft taste. Nutty-chocolate expanse. Easy and relaxed to drink, as befits a cool Cha Gao.
