Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong "AA" (Small View from Real Mountains), 2025
A small species from real mountains in its smokeless variation. Collected in Fujian Province in May 2024. Thin black leaves, ruby-colored infusion with a gold border. The most versatile tea in history, brewed in absolutely any dish and drunk at any time of the day, night and year. We recommend a bookmark of 5 grams per 100 ml, water 95 degrees, time from 15 seconds with a gradual increase to a minute.
The aroma of dry leaf is like bread crust and prunes. When warmed up, jam and chocolate begin. The finished tea smells like honey. The taste is pure, dense, sweet. Reminds of apple and gooseberry jam. The main profile is complemented by notes of caramel. The texture of the tea is silky. The aftertaste lingers for a long time with all its multi-colored threads.
Top class xiaozhong! Bright, sweet and the mood immediately falls - such an elevated relaxation with a haze of memories. Highly recommended.
