Da Hong Pao "888" "AA" (Big Red Robe)
A veteran of our cliff segment. A warm, terry blanket covers the oral cavity with the sweet density of bitter chocolate with notes of rose hips. Aroma, taste, and condition - all in a confident balance.
The sweetest aroma of caramel with salt of a heated leaf foretells a wonderful tea party. The bright orange color of the first infusion warms the mouth with a light sweetness of flower nectar. The steamed leaf shares the aroma of sweet tobacco and coals of an extinguished fire. At the bottom of an empty chahai, the creamy sweetness of toffee splashes. A warm, terry blanket covers the mouth with the sweet density of dark chocolate with notes of rose hips. The rough texture of the infusion leaves a slight astringency in the aftertaste. It fades beautifully, becoming more gentle, and does not abruptly end in infusions.
An excellent representative of Da Hong Pao of moderate heating. Many sweet notes, moderate tobacco and coals, a distinct state of measured focus, and in addition a motley palette of aromas. Warms the whiskey and refreshes the mind.
