GABA Ali Shan "AA" (GABA from Mount Ali)

The basis of our range of GABA teas. Ali Shan Mountain is famous for its high-quality oolongs and GABA was not left out. The mountain area itself forms a national reserve with scenic views and mountain peaks up to 2663 meters. Naturally, the climate here is one of the most ideal for growing tea. And most importantly: all this is really felt and sensed in the taste, aroma and tea condition of tea from these places.

The aroma of the dry leaf is difficult to describe, it really resists being sorted out, but still: the receptors encounter a complex of honey sweetness, caramelized berries in a lush pastry and a light sour edge. The juicy first pour sets the tone: a light, refreshing texture and a sweet taste that echoes the aroma. Honey streams rush through bowl after bowl. Notes of sweet pastries and apple sourness are expressed very moderately, they do not pull the blanket over themselves. The state is relaxed, but sometimes this gaba can cheer you up.

What is it about GABA Ali Shan that so many GABA lovers like so much and what makes it stand out from all other GABA teas?
