GABA Si Ji Chun (Four Seasons Spring) “AA”

GABA-processed oolong with a noticeable grape leaf acidity combined with honey-sweet notes. The texture is oily and dense — a true modern tea trend. When brewed in the traditional Chinese gongfu style, it gives a light leafy-honey flavor that only subtly hints at typical GABA oolongs. However, when brewed much stronger than usual — preferably straight in a thermos — a powerful and expressive profile emerges, with notes of grapefruit, sea buckthorn, and fig.

Opis

GABA oolong from the Si Ji Chun cultivar. Produced using the GABA fermentation method, it shows a grape leaf-like acidity combined with honey-sweet notes. The texture is oily, dense, and in line with today’s tea trends.

When brewed in the traditional Chinese gongfu style, it gives a light leafy-honey profile that only faintly suggests typical GABA oolongs. However, when brewed much stronger than usual — ideally straight in a thermos — it develops a powerful, expressive taste with notes of grapefruit, sea buckthorn, and fig.

An ultimate GABA for strong thermos brewing and long walks in nature, immersed in one’s thoughts and the sound of falling leaves.
