Moli Zhen Zhu "AA" (Jasmine Pearls)
Jasmine tea, twisted into small pearls, unfolds, filling the space around with a sweet aroma. In China, jasmine symbolizes femininity, sweetness, grace, elegance and attractiveness. It is better to brew Jasmine Pearls in a large teapot or a tall glass with boiling water cooled for 2-3 minutes. Indian Jasmine has been grown in China for more than two thousand years, as it is one of the most fragrant varieties of jasmine. It is actively used as a natural flavoring agent and aromatic additive to green tea. Nowadays, its plantations occupy impressive territories in the provinces of Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Sichuan, Zhejiang and Yunnan.
It doesn't take much to brew. If you don't have a suitable glass, you can use a chahai.
How to brew Jasmine Pearls?
- Prepare the water. Do not brew this tea with boiling water, cool the water, to do this, open the lid of the teapot and wait a little. Get to know the tea, roll it on your palm, breathe in its aroma. The water should cool to 70-75 degrees. This is about 5-7 minutes of waiting.
- When the water is ready, pour 2-3 grams of pearls into a teapot with a capacity of 400-500 ml or 3-5 peas into an average chahai with a capacity of 150-200 ml. Pour the tea with water. Do not use clay teapots, clay is porous and will absorb the aroma of jasmine very quickly and for a long time.

- You can brew Jasmine Pearls 3-4 times, depending on the strength of the tea you prefer.
- Enjoy your tea!
