Shu puer "Muslim" (Ji Ding Xing), 2005, 357 g.
It is produced according to special rules by the Ding Xing factory especially for the Muslim community of Yunnan province. The tea was stored in Yunnan, in fairly dry conditions. It was bypassed by the damp warehouses of Guangzhou, it did not absorb the strength of the earthy borage. The tea is pleasantly pleasing in appearance - it is a pancake of old shu full of red buds, it breaks with a pleasant crunch. The dark opaque infusion has a brownish-red color, reminiscent of the frozen resin of a fruit tree.
The puer cake breaks well with your hands, the pressing is sufficient. The tea brews deliciously. That's all, delicious. We are very picky about extraneous notes, but here everything is good - a little berries, a little wood, a little chocolate, a little old. Pleasant tea, and it's also easy to drink, you want to brew it again. There is something to fall in love with this modest guy. He is good.
▫️ The taste is an aesthetic of tobacco, wood, dry grass and very subtle vanilla.
▫️ The aroma is chocolate, aging, a shelf with books and dry summer.
▫️ Holds infusions reliably. We recommend not to increase the brewing time too much, so as not to over-expose the infusion.
▫️ Warms, tones, liberates, encourages action. Puer is probably not for every day, but after the first tea party you will definitely be able to classify the mood in which "Muslim" will be appropriate.
We confidently recommend it to lovers of strong teas and rich states.
