Shui Xian "AA" (Water Immortal)
Shui Xian - Water Immortal - Northern Fujian oolong from the Wuyi Mountains region. It was collected and processed in early May 2016 in clear weather. Master Zhang, having assessed the quality of the leaves, chose medium heat for it - which creates a balance between taste and aroma and allows the tea to be stored well. The tea was collected by hand, then underwent classic processing (withering, shaking, fermentation, twisting, shaking, heating) and heated three times on coals.
The taste of the Water Immortal is, first of all, density and sweetness. Fruit pie, the aroma of which seeped into the corridor. The aroma inspires, the taste relaxes, releases compressed springs. Tea, after which everything falls into place.
A variety with a long history, full of mysteries and questions. Even its name has no unambiguous translation - it can be called Narcissus and Water Immortal, and Lord of Waters. Now the variety has several varieties, and the one that grows in Wuyi is famous for its longevity. Shui Xian bushes always stand out among others - large round leaves, dense, the same as the future tea.
