Si Ji Chun Qing Xiang "AA" (Spring of Four Seasons), 2025

Taiwanese oolong from the Son Po farm. Emerald-green leaves of hemispherical twist give a bright yellow color to the infusion.

Suitable for afternoon tea and early evening. It is better to brew in a spacious gaiwan so that the leaves have room to spread out. Take 4-5 grams per 150 ml, brew with 90 degree water gradually increasing the time from 10 seconds to a minute.

Thick, creamy aroma with light floral notes. The taste is sweet, dense, slightly floral, but more gently oily with notes of seeds and nuts. The aftertaste continues the taste and lasts a long time.
