The tea contains: fireweed, young pine cones, pine buds (anthers), rose hips, thyme.
Brew by infusing with water at 90 - 99° in a ratio of 3 - 8 g per 500 ml, depending on the desired strength, for 7 - 10 minutes. Drink for evening consumption.
