Opis

This is Moonlight White from Jin Gu, harvested in 2022. A subtle processing technique gives the leaf a light silvery color and fuzz on one side and a matte, jet-black hue on the other. When warmed by the breath, it reveals a light aroma of flowers and vanilla. The water temperature is around 77°C, resulting in a clear infusion with a golden-green hue. The flavor is soft and subtle. While there are no bright or prominent notes, one can detect zucchini, vanilla, hay, chamomile, and blueberry. This tea quenches thirst well and relieves fatigue, while also having a slightly relaxing and calming effect.
