Bergamot (dried pear-shaped lemon)

Bergamot is a pear-shaped lemon. We have it in the form of dried slices. This is a citrus plant that is known all over the world, from China to Italy. Its taste and aroma are quite specific, sour, but with spicy and bitter shades. It perfectly refreshes and cleanses the receptors. It is wonderful in the summer, in cold tea, it goes well with both white and red tea. It is usually not drunk in its pure form, but as an additive it is ideal.

Favorite way to use Tea Mail: inexpensive white tea, like Shou Mei or Bai Mu Dan, simply steeped with a slice of bergamot.
