Dong Fang Mei Zhen "AA" (Oriental Beauty)
Warm aroma of caramel candies and delicate creamy color of the infusion. Light, fresh sweetness, slightly astringent in the mouth. Tenderness of grape skin and eclair crème brûlée. As if they crossed an organic perfume shop with a French bakery - solid profiteroles with custard and sparkles of champagne.
A state of light zen and peace of mind. A great tea to end the workday or set the mood for a leisurely weekend.
The tea acquires its unique aroma, appearance and taste thanks to a multi-stage production process:
- Primary fermentation, initiated by small cicadas nibbling on the tea leaves. This is what gives the tea its fruity notes.
By the way, thanks to these little creatures, the tea is completely organic - no pesticides or herbicides are used on the plantations.
- Collection of tea buds and the top two leaves
- Withering, during which the raw materials are delicately mixed by hand more than 5 times; This stage forms a distinct red fermentation border, a yellow-brown shade of the leaves, and a signature aroma;
- Fermentation, during which the tea acquires a red hue and a bright fruity aroma
- Twist
- Drying
- Roasting
Brewing with water at 80-85 degrees:
- In a porcelain gaiwan or clay teapot at the rate of 3-5 g per 100 ml of the volume of the dish
- In a glass teapot by infusion or boiling over a fire - 10-12 g per liter
Infuse in cold water for 6-8 hours, 4g for every half liter of refreshing drink
