GABA He Huang Shan "AAA" (GABA from the Mountain of Joy)
Origin
High in the mountains, two kilometers above sea level, on the Mount of Joy, grows one wonderful tea. You can hardly tell a fresh leaf from those bushes from others. Miracles happen when, having passed through a barrel of nitrogen gas instead of ordinary air, having overcome all the difficulties of transformation in the hands of a Chinese tea grower, the leaf is transformed into a ruby-brown pearl of GABA oolong, similar in appearance to dried blueberries.
Dry leaf aroma
Dry tea smells of milk and bark, the tenderness of juicy green grass - like an early summer morning or early twilight in the village. As if drops of fresh milk spilled past a bucket glisten on the lawn, and a herd of cows goes to their usual pasture.
Brewing
Add hot water, almost boiling, 90-95 degrees - and milk turns into cream, burnt sugar, and the herbal medicinal spirit is replaced by the sourness of fresh wild berries. The infusion is orange-yellow, reminiscent of rosehip decoction, with a medicinal aroma, the sourness of clover. The taste is rich, powerful and straightforward, clover-herbal, with a delicate honey and light bitterness. Tea-guests in the village, milky-vegetable, with a medicinal bitterness in the aftertaste, like grandma's healing collection.
Brewing recommendations
For a brighter taste and stronger effect, take 5 grams of tea knots for drinking by pouring, per 100 ml of dishes, or per half-liter teapot. For a medium-sized mug, 250-300 ml, take half as much.
State
The state from drinking tea is exactly like the associations with its smell. It seems as if you have tried a healing herbal tea. It feels like a quiet, calm time shortly before night, in the short summer twilight far outside the city, as if you are sitting with a cup of tea on an open veranda or by a wide-open window. The scarlet sun is burning out behind the trees and fields, and a sleepy heaviness is slowly creeping over your eyes and heart. Tea-medicine, powerful, calming and relaxing. Very characteristic GABA, although without the confectionery sweetness, despite the noticeable warming.
