Masala Tea "A", India
Masala is a traditional blend of warming spices and seasonings with red tea, usually Assamica. It is a warm, spicy drink made by boiling red tea in milk with spices, which is good to drink to warm up, invigorate, fill up and feel a surge of energy. Masala tea can quench your thirst, protect against vitamin deficiency, boost your immunity, improve digestion and blood circulation.
In this case, it is a blend of Indian and Vietnamese black tea, cinnamon, ginger, star anise, allspice, and cloves.
Here is one of the cooking options:
Take a dish that is easy to wash, a fireproof teapot, coffee pot or enamel saucepan. Fill it with a mixture of water and milk in a ratio of 1:2, 1:3 or 1:4 (to taste). You can also use milk or water in its pure form, if desired. Bring to a boil and add the mixture in a ratio of 1 teaspoon per 200 ml of liquid. You can add cardamom. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, preventing it from boiling again. Add sugar or another sweetener to the finished drink to taste.
