Shu Puer "Jin Da Fu Lao Cha Tou", 357, 2023.
A very original Shu Puer, the raw material for which was Lao Cha Tou (Old Tea Heads) from the Jin Da Fu Tea Factory. The blended spring raw material of 2018 from the Ban Zhang and Dong Hai regions was pressed in 2023. The appearance is tempting, many puer buds and those very tea heads are visible. The aroma of the dry leaf does not shine with an abundance of pronounced aromas, a subtle woody sweetness can be traced, but the steamed raw material immediately gives out the sweetness of dates, familiar nuttiness and some mysterious nutmeg. The aroma of the bowl also adds a bright sweetness of ground walnuts with cashews to this cocktail. The infusion easily goes into oil, but there is a recommendation: for richness of taste and condition, add a little more to the original amount of tea, for example 8-9 grams per 100 ml, if you drink Pin Cha, and if you brew in a thermos - about 5-6 grams per 500 ml. This tea seems to suit richness and strength. The condition is very creative, bright and rich. A wonderful example of skillfully made Shu Cha from a relatively young and rapidly developing factory Jin Da Fu.
