The attractive Shu Puer cake from the Yun Zhen factory of 2023 immediately surprises both externally and in terms of the brightness of the aroma when warming up the dry leaf: a lot of walnut, cashew and sweet wood are noticed. The steamed leaf complemented all this with a light iodine content and spicy bitterness. The taste combines creaminess, iodine content and sweetness. For brewing, it is recommended to take water closer to 95 degrees, the amount of tea is about 7-8 grams per 120 ml.
