A young sheng pu-erh that feels more like a botanical herbarium, where the leaves dynamically play with the light. The cake is loosely pressed, with elegant variations in color and the occasional flash of a silvery bud.

On the first encounter, the aroma reveals hints of meadow freshness intertwined with fragrant, sweet wildflowers. A smooth, lightly yellow-tinged liquor introduces an equally bright and lively tea.

Easy-drinking and bright, this sheng reveals notes of chamomile, fresh spinach, and the rich, juicy character of sweet-and-sour green apples. As its depth builds in the cup, a pleasant lime-like acidity emerges alongside the spicy freshness of ginger pulp.

A lingering minty sweetness remains in the mouth, bringing each cup to a harmonious finish. A young sheng filled with an assortment of fresh greens, juicy gooseberry, and a sugary, menthol-like freshness.

Despite its youth, this sheng responds beautifully to a higher brewing temperature of around 90°C, which adds depth and brightness while softening its more pronounced vegetal character.
